Hi there I have a two bed ff flat in horsham in a nice area communal gdn close to schools and shops.

I will be doing measurments and putting them on here very soon!
we only have 1 toilet/bathroom which is upstairs,
The living room is 22ft long and is used as a diner at one end,
There is no public walkway at the side of my house it only leads to my private garden gate. There is no public walkways anywhere in the road, only residents and visitors come down here as it is a dead end road with only one way in and out.
I hope this is ok, If you need any more info please let me know.

do you have 2 toilets
do you have a dining room
is that a public walkway at the side of your house
