Hi thanx for looking at my site..
Heres a bit about my house.......
Its a 2 bedroom end of terrace house in a small private road off of Downham Way, my postcode is BR1 5HG. The houses and road are only 9 years old and there are only 10 houses in the road in one row of terrace. It is a dead end and we are last house at the end so no through traffic and very quiet and peaceful.
It has driveway, double glazing, gas central heating, garden with side gate, good size rooms and easily big enough for a family of four. Next door neighbour is a elderly lady on her own, (van in picture is a visitor)
Close to shops, schools, doctors, public transport and a new gym, swimming pool and leisure complex is due to open early 2007, only 5-10 mins walk away.
The only reason we want to move is that we now have 3 children and need another bedroom, If this house had 3 bedrooms we wouldnt even consider moving, we have lived here since the houses were brand new and are very happy, its just not big enough any more!
We are looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom house in se london or kent areas.. Preferabley near Bromley/Downham.
Other areas will be considered for the right house so if you have a 3 or 4 bedroom and like the look of mine then please leave me a message, i will reply to all offers either way
